GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

This website belongs to Shop in calm, SL (hereinafter Shop in calm), with CIF B67687038, tax address at Calle Penya Bisbalenca, 22B of La Bisbal d'Empordà (CP 17100), telephone 613 03 14 85, email info @ shopincalm.com and website www.shopincalm.com.

All operations carried out between Shop in calm and Clients are governed by the following terms and conditions.

PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

Shop in calm provides information about its products with images and texts through this website. He does it as realistically as possible, with the utmost diligence and precision. However, and for more security and guarantees, the information that appears about the products in their description does not bind Shop in calm or the Client until the confirmation of the acceptance of the order. In case of doubt, they can contact Shop in calm before the purchase. All products available on the website are in stock, except where otherwise indicated.

The amount of each product details the applicable taxes. Shipping costs will be charged separately, except for purchases over €50.00 (shipments to the peninsula), which will be free for the Customer. Before ordering the payment, the Customer is shown the details of these amounts for consultation.

The order is understood to have been made when the Customer presses the "PLACE THE ORDER" button on the purchase form. Shop in calm will not proceed to send the products until it checks that all the data entered is correct and receives confirmation of payment from the Customer.

PAY

Payment for orders will be made by credit/debit card, Paypal or bank transfer. Cash on delivery payment is not accepted.

To pay by credit/debit card, Shop in calm offers access to a secure space, through the Customer's bank payment gateway, where you can enter your details to make the payment safely.

To pay with Paypal, the Client is redirected to the page where he can pay for his order using his Paypal account or with a credit/debit card without having to register.

If the payment option via bank transfer is chosen, Shop in calm will send an email with the instructions for making the deposit, remembering that the concept to indicate is the order number provided at the time of completing the purchase process. . If necessary, Shop in calm will require the Customer to send proof of payment to understand how the order has been placed. The transfer will be made within a maximum period of 2 business days from receipt of the email sent by Shop in calm. Once the deposit has been made and the receipt of the amount has been verified in our checking account, the order will begin to be processed. If the amount has not been received in the Shop in calm checking account within a period of 5 calendar days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Bank details entered on the website are not stored.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

It is possible to make shipments to Spain (peninsula), any country of the European Union and the Balearic Islands.

Shipping prices are:
- Peninsula: €6.90. Free shipping from €50.00 of purchase.
- Balearic Islands: €9.90.
- European Union countries: Shipments outside Spain (European Union countries) will have an export cost that will be indicated directly in the shopping cart. In the case of tariffs or taxes, they are always borne by the Client, and it is not possible to inform the amount at the time of purchase.

Shipments are not made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Nor to post office boxes.

Transport and delivery will be carried out by the transport company GLS and its agents.

The delivery time to the peninsula of the products that are in stock is 48-72 hours, depending on the delivery address. In the case of not having stock of the product selected by the Client, the delivery time will be approximately 7 business days from the confirmation of the purchase. The delivery period begins to compute the same day of the order confirmation if it has been made before 1:00 p.m. If the purchase is after 1:00 p.m., the term will begin to calculate the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or on holidays will be attended to on the following Monday or business day.

For the rest of the destinations, it is confirmed later in the order, depending on the delivery address. Shop in calm will notify the Customer of any delays in delivery that may be accidentally produced by Shop in calm.

Delivery is considered made from the moment the product is delivered to the Customer at the shipping address.

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Client has the right to withdraw from the purchase (leaving it without effect) within the first 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product. The Customer can choose to pay the full amount of the purchase or purchase a voucher for future purchases, with no expiration date. The refund of the total amount of the purchase will be made by the same payment method used by the Customer.

The right of withdrawal will only be accepted if the product shipped is in perfect condition and with the original packaging. The payment of the return of the product will be made through the same means used to make the payment, within 30 days. Transportation costs will not be returned to the Client and the expenses generated by the return are borne by the Client.

In case of return as a result of a defect or error related to Shop in calm, the Customer may request the change of product. In this case, the expenses originated by the change are borne by Shop in calm. This will only apply when the product has not been used and is returned in the same conditions and packaging that the Customer received.

It is the Customer's responsibility to verify that the product or products purchased are in good condition and, if applicable, notify Shop in calm of any incidents that can be verified. Shop in calm will propose a solution for the interests of the Client.

DATA PROTECTION

The data provided will be processed by Shop in calm, SL, as the Data Controller, in order to keep a record of the people with whom there is a relationship since they receive our products. The data will be processed in compliance with the contractual relationship (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR). The data may be communicated to the Tax Administration.
